Changing a Japanese TR1 Keyboard over to a US Keyboard

Is there a way to do this with individual keys or do you have to change the entire keyboard?  Anyone actually swapout a US for a Japanese keyboard?

You just need to pop off the japanese keyboard and replace it with a US one. Follow gr00vy’s first few steps on his Bluetooth and WiFi upgrades for more detailson how to pop the keyboard off. The part number on Sony’s parts site is 147803521.
