Where to buy Solid State HD?

If I would have known Newegg will raise their price, I would have buy one in the first place because last time, it was $350 + free 3.5 inch HD.  Now it’s $500 with nothing free.

Anyone else know where to buy SSD HD beside Newegg? And how much would it be?  I prefer Samsung as I have a Toshiba HD MK4004GAH in my TR, so I don’t want to buy an adapter.
