Is there such a cable to connect my TR2A from the VGA port to my Sony Wega tv scart in or RCA 3 in front?

I lloked around, i found electronic diagrams of how to construct such a cable but no one seems to sell this cable.

I’ve only found VGA to S-Video.

please help, i’d like to watch sometomes my DVD movies on my TV set.

any ideas?

u could use the grandtec adapter as given by linc and since the grandtec adapter gives s-video and RCA, u could either get a s-video to RCA cable or RCA to RCA cable. Trust me both these kind of cables are available. I got the former one from India (I never bothered looking for one in USA)and have used the latter one in USA…so they are definitely available. Just incase u dont have one…get the headphone to left and right audio (not sure about the exact name, but they plug into the red and white ports just beside the video) cable too!

oh btw, congrats on winning Euro 2004…I really loved it when Greece knocked out France, felt slightly unhappy about them knocking out Czech Republic but felt very happy too see you’ll win the finals

reagrding the cable: what is a grantec adapter ? i do not have an S-VIdeo either in or our on my TR2A,  but if this grantec adapter could provide me the ports it whou;b be great.

pls suggest where I can get one.

what it does is takes the data from vga out and output’s it as s-video/RCA so that u can attach it to ur TV. It’s quite easily available online in USA but I dont know about Greece.
