Whenever I have the TR hooked up to my stereo itll play the music but there is always this background hum which is very annoying,  does anyone know what’s causing it?  I have a cable made for the purpose of hooking up to the stereo and have tried adjusting it but it makes no difference?  A windows setting or something?  Cheers!

I think it has something to do with grounding, because touching the front panel of the TR substantially reduces the noise.
