im having 2 concerns with my recently acquired vaio tr3f

1) processor temperature doesn`t come down from 50-55 c once it reaches that temp. It doesn`t go over that either. Is it normal? is there any cooling solution other than the internal fan?

2) the hard disk “clacks” sometimes when the hdd is idle (apparently the header goes back to the center). Nothing unusual happens with the system (no shutdown, freezing, etc). I bought my vaio with a broken hdd and replaced the hdd recently so i don`t know wether this sound is normal or i should be eating my fingernails
