Perhaps the present keyboard can remind one of the TR keyboard, but there is one very important difference between the TR keyboard and this one: The right shift key is bigger and better placed. On the TR keyboard the right shift key was too small and placed on the keyboard so it was too easy to misprint and push one of the arrow keys, I remember.
So Sony has been wise to make a good and big and good placed right shift key on the keyboards of both the T series and now the TX series.
For us writers, this detail is a very important one. Generally, both the screen and the keyboard are very important for a well functioning interface between “man and machine”. And I think and hope that Sony will keep this in mind also in future models of their products, especially their sub-laptops.
