Does TX have a touch screen?

I saw a post on this board of someone wanting to sell screen protectors for a TX computer. I have never heard of using a screen protector except on a touch screen like on my plam treo 700 or my Sony UX 90. I just ordered a new TXN PC. I feel kinda dumb not knowing if it has a touch screen or not. I assumed it didn’t?
