Replacing a TR5MP French Keyboard Unit by a US one

Hi all, I am new on this forum but it’s been 2 years now since I bought a TR5MP. I love it and understand all of you when I imagine how passionate you all are about these TR series. Unfortunately, I recently drop some fruit juice on my French Keyboard and I am now willing to replace it with a US one. Is the TR5MP with original french keyboard compatible with a US keyboard unit ? I would like to be sure of this before I start ordering. Are there any special requirements such as installing some extra modules on the CPU so that it wil be perfect match with a US keyboard ? Assuming that the connection for the keyboards is the same, It should fit without a problem.
