Multi display desktop monitors

I’m thinking about getting a multi display monitor for my desktop.  Does anybody have any experience with them?  This is the one I’m thinking about getting.

There are a lot of reports that this company is shady…charge it on a card with no hassle internet protection.

There are many companies that make multiscreen LCD displays.
