Spanish Windows XP and Recovery Discs?

I just purchased my first Sony TR Series on ebay, a TR3a.  The seller indicated in the listing that the OS and recovery discs were in Spanish.  Does anyone know if I will need a new recovery disc to get English or can I fix this in the control panel?
