I used a “cleaning program” a couple of weeks ago. This was intended to get rid of certain history items, etc.

Unfortunately, I find myself having to log in to every site the would normally place a cookie on my computer. That means Ebay, here, and so on. It works for about 5 minutes, but then I have to log in again.

Can anyone help?

I think it is pretty normal that if you used cleaning program all cookies would be deleted so you just need to log into your accounts the same way I think you should try to used firefox some of the datas where stored and after logging into your accounts they would remember it.
