Haven’t been around for a long time, but popped in recently to check out Hard Disk replacement, as I started to get “NO OS FOUND” a lot, which usually involved doing yet another restore.

Purchased a MK6006GAH and fitted it this morning. Now up and running and no fitment issues.

Managed to get Ghost to copy over my backed up C Drive so its all as it was before. 

My old drive lasted just over two years and outlived my keyboard which I replaced about 3 months ago. Having said that, looking at the size of the drive I am not surprised they have comparitively short HDD lives - They are tiny technological marvels.
