Just got my TR3AP1 a couple days ago for a really good price, kinda wish I have the bluetooth built-in but I don’t want to spend roughly US$150 + taking apart the TR3AP… so I did this…

Sorry for the picture quality, that’s all I have at work (transfered via bluetooth from RAZR V3).

Basically I just stuff the memory stick slot with this :   . and home made a shorten USB connector along with 4 cables for extension…

What do you guys think? This mod costed me CDN$14 8)

Looks like a great DIY to me!  It’s very impressive that you made a USB wire and have stuck the BT dongle in the memory stick drive.  I have to admit, I’ve been wanting to upgrade to BT 2.0 but having a hard time getting the $115… so i’m using a dongle connected to a USB hub.

I can’t exactly do this same upgrade cuz I own a S170.  But how did you make the USB wire?  Could you expand on how to make it step by step?  thanks.
