well, i have a PCG-TR3A sony. and im having some problem with network smart capture.
somehow when i turn on the camera, i dont see anything. all i see is a black screen. sometime with some horizontal lines running. i tried camera, record, webcam. nothing worked!
before, it was working fine. but sometime, i turned it on for like 5 mins then it just turned out black. what i did was to restart the laptop. and it worked. but happened again when i turned on the camera.
so what do i do now? do i need to uninstall the software and reinstall it? but the thing is, i dont have the software.
any suggestions???
