I’ll be shipping from the US and I’m wondering if the buyer will have to pay duties/customs on the laptop when it arrives to them.  I want to be honest in my listing but dont know what to write.

Should I say that buyer is responsible for all duties?  Is there a way to avoid customs charges by claiming the item is a gift?
Any help would be appreciated.
