I just bought a SD card of 4GB, but when I arrived at home I get very frustrated because it can not be recognized my my TX770P.
After talking to the Sony support they inform me that the supplied Memory Stick Adapter does not support Memory Stick Media of capacity 2GB and above of the Vaios. I NEED HELP! DOES SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO?

Angelo_> Hi Franco. Welcome to Sony Online Support. I’m Angelo, Please allow me a moment to review your concern.
Franco Giaffone> ok
Angelo_> Thank you for waiting, Franco. I’m sorry to know that the Memory Card is not recognized by the computer. I’ll be happy to assist you with this.
Franco Giaffone> I have a 256mb SD card and when I put it into the slot the computer recognizes it automatically. But when I take it out and replace using a brand new 4GB SD Card, nothing happens, so I was wondering is I have to update the computer to recognize the new extra large SD Cards
Franco Giaffone> The SD 4gb is recognized my by Treo 650 and my digital camera
Angelo_> Franco, based on the information you have provided, it appears the the Memory card is not compatible with the Notebook.
Franco Giaffone> This can not be possible. Is only an external drive
Franco Giaffone> Do you have any other idea what could be made?
Angelo_> Did you format the Memory Stick Media before using it on the Notebook?
Franco Giaffone> I was wondering that the SD Card Port waas only programeted to receive cards SD up to 1 GB. Does it make sense?
Franco Giaffone> I did not format it becouse the computer as me to put the card when I start the format procedure, but the card is already in the slot
Angelo_> Please stay online while I check this information for you.
Franco Giaffone> ok
Angelo_> Thanks for waiting, Franco.
Angelo_> Franco, the supplied Memory Stick Adapter does not support Memory Stick Media of capacity 2GB and above.
Franco Giaffone> therefore?
