TR3AP Matshita UJ-812 compatible DVD-R media??

I am burning DVD’s and I have found that the drive will not accept TDK DVD-R media.  It hates it.

I used Memorex DVD-R media and it was a successful burn but when I play it on my DVD home player (Panasonic progressive scan) it has many many hits.

Anyone use a brand that works for them all the time with burning and playing in the home DVD player ???

Verbatim 16x DVD-R works great with my UJ-812.

i couldnt find verbatim today so I bought Sony DVD-R…will see how they work

I’ve tried both DVD-Rs from Sony and TDK - works just fine with the UJ-812.

the sony dvd-r works great…the TDK was not working at all… i have about 5 or 6 coasters from them…memorex worked to burn but sucked when you played it on the DVD
