Hi there.
As you guys know the TR has got no Floppy Drive. At least not a built-in.
After my DVD drive was failing I of course was still able
to work with it. Didnt find the time to get myself a new optical drive.
However. I happened to experience a super GAU after I managed to ruin the partition with the operating system on it!!!
After working without my TR for a week I realized it couldnt go on this way :(
I started to look out for way to boot and install a new operation system without having
-boot drive
-working operation system
I finally happened to read an article about PXE Booting that
would also work over LAN!!! PXE Boot finally solved my problem!
For those who have got the same problem and dont want to deal with the theorie of PXE-Boot too much here is a link with a step-by-step guide from a guy in Oklahoma. It worked out just fine for me.

How it works?
I connected my TR to my Desktop PC via LAN.
On the Desktop I started a server program that provided the laptop (Boot over Lan must be activated in BIOS) with all the binaries that are required for a boot (bootfile from floppy image). Using some kind of DOS and network drivers I finally could read the CD images from my desktop PC and fix my laptop.
However. The article above is really a good guide if you got into same situation like me. Never got in touch with PXE before that Good luck guys.
