tx651p or the tx1 equivalent (without the cingular built in edge/gprs). when i first got the notebook the batter life was consistently around 5.5 + hours at half brightness with wifi and bluetooth on (but connected with one or the other) web browsing. but after 8 months of heavy use (this laptop is on for 14 hrs per day) the battery only lasts about 3.5 hours at those same settings.

so it is time to change my battery!

n.b. this laptop has the most stamina of any portable device EVER!!! my new nokia N80 lasts for about 3 hours when i am listening to mp3…what a joke…

...good to hear they’re getting better at diffusing the light from LEDs

I was just wondering why they were in Europe and not in the U.S and they just came here. 

Wonder what the next version of the T will be like? Probably come out later this year just like the T series came out late 2004 and the TX late 2005.
