I got my laptop second hand without no driver cd and there is no product or serial code under the laptop to get it from the sony website. If anyone could give me these it would be even better. you can get your laptop serial code by looking in the bios (press f2 when the sony logo appears when you turn on the computer) then you can download from sony website
