Whenever I insert my memory sticking after having mu TX650P already on it does not become available. I have to restart the laptop or have the memory stick already inserted before I can read it. Anyone else experience this problem. It never worked that way before. Are there drivers just for the memory stick slot, perhaps they need to be reinstalled?

Any feedback is much appreciated.

I’ve had this problem with my old Vaio.  After reinstalling the memory stick software, the problem disappeared. 

But after some time the problem would appear every now and then, so I bought a 5 in 1 PC-card that took care of the headache and gave me the expansion of different media cards I could use.

I kind of figured that’s what I’d have to do. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
