VAIO SZ UPGRADED TO DDR2 667??

Yesterday I upgraded my RAM to 2GB 667Mhz but in fact they only run in 533Mhz(I checked with Lavalys). Is there anyway SZ can fully support 667Mhz since all other notebook with intel 945 chipset support 667?
