Toshiba HDD Upgrade?

I have chance to obtain a Toshiba MK6008GAH HDD to replace my MK4004GAH in my TR5MP.

From browsing the Toshiba website it seems the 6008GAH has a ZIF socket and the 6006GAH doesn’t.

Does anyone know if this ZIF socket will take the existing ribbon cable?

thank you for contacting Toshiba SDD.

Those two connector are not compatible.
If you want to increase the capacity of your hard disk, you should contact Sony support for getting information about compatible hard disks.
