Though not a heavy gamer, I downloaded Tomb Raider Legend demo onto my Sony T250 to see if it would play. I expected a 5 frame per second mess like, say, FAR CRY but was pleasantly surprised. Sure there is flicker but the demo looks so beautiful and is quite playable. What is so cool is that Laura Crofts eyes actually look around,  and attention to the detail of her figure is uncanny. What a makeover! The cam view can get practically any angle on her body so she can be examined quite thoroughly. There is even a sheen on her when she comes out of a pool of water. I was wondering how the newer TX series does with this demo:

On my TX770P, it plays well no slowdown here.. like it’s meant to be played in TX770P..  Now all I have to do is buy a good USB Game Controller.. anything in mind?  I want to be set, when it’s released I’m good to go..  :idea:

Gamepro USB was very inexpensive and fashioned like the PS2 controller. Works well for me also on my Powerbook using two controllers with Lego Starwars, Ottomatic, etc.

Especially around water there is extreme slowdown with my T250. Besides the TX I am contemplating an SZ model since the Macbook has no PC slot. :cry:
