How come there are not more troubleshooting questions for the two T series?

Anyway, this sounds more software related, but my mouse and touchpad pointer speed keep returning to the default settings everytime I reboot.  Hopefully there is just some setting in windows that I can just click on, but I haven’t found one yet.  Any help appreciated.
