Has anyone had any problems accessing google.com when using a dial up connection with a cell phone for internet access on a TR or TX?

Whenever I put the SIM card directly in the laptop for accessing the internet I can access Google.com just fine however whenever I connect with my phone for internet access I cannot seem to bring up google.com.  All other urls work just fine.

I think google.com is somehow detecting the connection is coming from a phone and not delivering the website.  Even Google Local does not work when connecting with my cell phone.  It’s been driving me nuts every time I really need it (outside WIFI range) and need to get directions somewhere.

TX 610
Motorola V360 w/ EDGE & bluetooth

That’s your problem in a nutshell. A suggested solution I’ve seen is changing your DNS servers , but YMMV.
