What game is the flavor of the month for you? What kind of media are you carrying around with you? Do you use your PSP to watch movies or listen to music regularly? Has the PSP replaced your need to carry around other devices?
When I finally get a PSP in a few months, the first game I’m getting and will be playing all the time will be Shin Budokai. I absolutely love Budokai 3 on the PS2 and Shin Budokai will be just like a portable version of that along with some cool new things. Sweet! :D
I’m currently playing the Katamari Damarcy game for the PSP as well as Gradius Portable (both imports). Katamari is my favorite PSP game so far. Gradius Portable is pretty good so far since it brings back so many memories of old school 2D shooting. It comes with 5 different versions of Gradius, bonus material, and the ability to save almost anywhere in any of the games.
With my 2GB MS PRO Duo, I keep a bunch of random videos on my PSP, especially a bunch of my dance performances and my gf’s stunt demoreels. It comes in really handy when needing to show people stuff.
I also keep a small collection of music (512MB or so) for the times I forget to bring some other audio device. It works pretty well so I don’t have too many complaints.

Does the UP, UP, Down, Down…code work on the PSP?
Erik
Did i miss something or were you being rude
Gradius for the NES was the first game with the Konami (sp?) code. The Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right A B start. I’m curious if it works on the PSP too.

PS - got MLB 06 yesterday - my sox are ranked 4th…
So close to buying the PSP ceramic white. I’ve been looking at a PDA maybe something like the UX50 (i know clie production is finished but they’re just so good a machine, wireless, BT etc), but the fact is I may go with a PSP instead.
Groovy: I assume you got your White one in Japan, any troubles with game/movie compatibility?
There are no game incompatibilities….UNLESS you are trying multiplayer for the same game from different regions. Otherwise, it plays any game.
I don’t own any UMD movies (nor do i plan to buy any) so no incompatibilities there either. The JDM model is locked to Region 2 and will only play Region 2 movies.
Playing NBA06
and watching SWAT (never saw it before and inherited a whole bunch of UMD movies from a friend so working my way through them)
Got my ceramic white PSP from Japan, plays all games and so far only played aussie UMD but watching other video off the MS duo. Also got about 1GB of music on it so it’s my primary MP3 player now.
