Hi-ya!! It’s bindaerice here…

Well… now I bought my TR and it’s the most coolest computer ever!!!

But since I’m a Korean… & the Window xp is in English… I can’t download anything from korean sites…. I mean you CAN… but after I download the software, the korean becomes all to ? mark ([?????????] = Hello in korean).

There are many music sites and online game sites that I like to visit but I just cannot read the korean… I’m so depressed…. I did set up the language with window setting so I can type and read korean within the OS but downloads are the things I can’t read because it turns into [??????].

Dose anyone know how to solve this problem… I thought about getting window xp for korean version but It’s very expensive and I live in Virginia…

Go to control panel, and click on regional and language setting.  Go to the second tab (language tab), make sure the “install files for east asian” checkbox is checked.  If not, check and hit apply (it will install it).  Then go to the third tab (advance tab), on the drop down, choose Japanese and hit apply.  Now all the Japanese character will appear correctly,.

I am assuming you do the same for Korean, just pick Korean, not Japanese.
