Came across it today on msn. They have much better resolution than google maps. The only problem is that the panning really sucks but you can get different views from the south, west, etc. Currently not all areas are covered.

Robert Scoble ‘s been talking this up for months. I think they finally launched this sometime in Nov, but it’s pretty damn cool link. Here’s a rather spectacular vew of the western side of the Empire State Building also. (can’t let the Frogs take alll the glory! )
