I have one of those harddrive enclosures. It did worked for me using just one usb ports. I had a hitachi travelstar 80gb in it until i brought the PCGA-HDM06. That’s when i pulled it back out and stuffed it in the PCGA-HDM06. It worked fine with TR but not my inspiron 8100. I have tested the enclosure with 40, 60 and 80gb harddrives and they all worked fine.

I just have a 20gb version hard drive in it. A Fujitsu.
