Even though I keep my TR2 in the semi hard Sony case (I bought in Japan for it) 100% of the time when not in use ... somehow there is alot of dust behind the screen.

If I just open a blank white notepad document I can see lint & dust here and there trapped behind the screen.

Anyone have disassembly instructions for the LCD frame?

or

an easy way to get the dust out?

Is this a common problem?

You can easy disassemble your laptop but do not disassemble lcd panel. the only way to fix it is send it to sony t6o request a lcd replacement if you are still covered by warranty.
I did it with my T250P and I received a new lcd panel replacement.
