I’ve been sending my TR5 which was no more powered and the technical service told me that the power was good but my hard drive was dead !!! Strange story no ? They asked me 400 euros to change the hard drive plus 300 euros to save my data !!!

My hard drive was not out of order before I send them my TR… It looks like they are trying to screw me. So I decided to ask them to send my computer back. But I don’t know if I can change mi hard ddrive on my own. I found one on e bay but I wish you could give me some advice

Last news they send me back my computer with no repair telling me that my charging stuff was dead too ! So here I’m buying a new power stuff and waiting to find a good hard drive to change it myself ... If anyone can help me…
