Just thought I’d share that the movie Stealth (by Sony pictures) has a few Sony notebooks, but they show the TR several times, since it’s used by the technician for the plane.

Thats about the highlight of this beyond terrible flick.

This has reminded me that I saw a TR in a TV advert for Vodafone the other week.  I guess it was probably only aired in the UK, but it was where a guy was walking around and other people were floating around his head giving him different phones etc.  Was aimed at busineses if I remember correctly…

Yet, they have just started to sell the TX 650 for only 2600 eur more than 3100 USD when in US you get it for only 1900.

Hey guys. thought id put in my two cents. If anyone has seen the new movie “sahara” with mathew whats his name and… dammit.. oyea Matthew McConaughey, Penelope Cruz and Steve Zahn. wowo talk about the light bulb flickering. They show the TR in that movie along with the apple I book. personally speaking, The TR kicks the pixels off the I book, atleast in form( cant say anything about function). I dont own either one but am a fanatic of the TR series. Just waiting for them to go on sale, if there is a GOD listening to my prayers. cheeers guys. Love the forum.  8)

What do you mean you’re waiting for the TR to go on sale? Where do you live? They’ve been discontinued for over 1.5 years.

Bingo. yup.. just waiting for them to go on sale. Live in the big apple by the way. and yes i do know they are discontinued but gotta watch the ‘dead presidents’ before their debt puts me 6 feet under. later mates.
