Does anyone know if you can use a BT headset or BT stereo headphones with the new TX by default.  If so what model are you using?  Do we need to tweak anything to get these to work?

I know there is a huge thread in the General section on tweaking the T and S series laptops to get audio profile to work correctly.  I’m just wondering since the new TX uses a different BT module (2.0) if they have already made it possible to use BT headsets/headphones?

i dont see why not, since BT2.0 has enough bandwidth to support stereo headsets using the A2DP profile.

but you could even get away with it on BTv1, (like my T150).

Its not a matter of the BT but the software and drivers that run it.

So if it doesnt work out of the box, you should easily be able to d/l a BT software controller and run whateva you want from there after installing it.

sorry but i havent seen or read up on what BT s/w is supplied with the TX
