Good article, I have to deal with a lot of similar things at work daily. You’d figure after how upset people get when their computers go down, they would learn not to click on attachments. Surprisingly, a good number of people go to Outlook’s spam folder and open the messages in there. Spyware/adware is also a problem, people always click yes when a toolbar, weather app, or browser enhancement installation prompt pops up.  :ph34r:
