Any ways to extend FN+ key sequences?

I noticed that, on the TR, only certain F keys are used (and marked) in conjunction with the FN key.

For example, FN+F1 thru F2, FN+F6, FN+F8 thru F11 are not utilized.

Does Sony provide a utility that’ll allow users to add new FN+ key sequences? Or does any one know of a third-party software that provides this functionality?
