My friend just ended an ebay auction soon because he got an outside offer on a new phone. The guy offered to pay him through paypal and he did too. The payment came in and everything seemed ok. Once the payment was in, the phone was dispatched, to the philipines. The guy offered an extra 100 $ for shipping. Everything was ok. My friend seemed a bit surprised on how ‘nice’ the person had been. But no reason to suspect, the funds were in paypal. Now the items gone, shipped. After a while my friend tries to transfer money to his bank account. Transfer processing starts, and after 2 days, this is the message he gets from paypal.
