After downloading the VAIO ZONE 1.1 software, I am getting the following error.

“The Procedure entry point GetProcesshandleCount could not be located in the dynamic library KERNEL32.dll. “

I ahve tried to uninstall and reinstall the software. What may be the problem and any solutions.
