Firewall and Antivirus Program?

The TR2A is “Out For Delivery.” UPS usually gets here around 1700 hrs.  :D

My question….please forgive the ignorance - I’ve spent several years sheltered in the Mac world…..what is the best antivirus and firewall program?

I use Norton antivirus, and its looked after me very well.
For a free and excellent firewall try Zonealarm http://www.zonelabs.com
Even microsoft recommends it!
