I don’t know if anyone will know anything about the LaTeX formatting language but I’ll ask anyways.

I’m writing a paper and wish to write an NB.  To make this stand out I’d like to put a line around the whole paragraph but I can not work out how.

The functions /fbox and /framebox do not create new lines so my paragraph becomes one long line.

Any one have any suggestions/ideas?

Have you tried putting a \minipage in your \fbox?

Hehe. I know exactly what you mean. It’s kind of like “And now if I replace the pointer in the IDT with my own handler and when I reenable the interrupts I should be able to…. OOOOOH LOOKIT THERE a new toy TOY TOY TOY let’s try and OOOOH IT HAS SHINY NEW FEATURES I MUST PLAY WITH” <and so on>

Tell me if the minipage doesn’t work, perhaps some other ideas do
