Hi all, just wanted to let everyone know that the common wisdom on the Sony Vaio U101 series subnotebooks is wrong.

You can actually go to 1GB of memory in them. They come with a 256MB removeable chip and this can be replaced with 2100 DDR Ram up to a 1GB chip.

And that would be a mean machine.
