I have a vaio S270p and also 2 sony ericsson phones, I often times use the dun over bluetooth when on the road. As many who does this know its pretty slow. Well today I had both phones on and it tried to connect to both. One would connect, then windows brought up a dialog saying “connected, bundling additional lines” then tries to coneect the other phone. I realized this would be great as I think it would effectively double the speed. It never connects to the other phone, windows just popsup saying “One or more additional lines did not connect. Is this a limitation of the built in bluetooth module in my comp, and if so would having 2 BT modules make this work? Any ideas about this would be greatly appreciated.
Also yes I do have 2 accounts one Business and one Personal that both have unlimited internet connectivity through Cingular. Too bad neither my p910a or my T637 offer edge or this wouldn’t be an issue at all.
Thanks,
Darek
I was also reading in one of the forums about using my laptops Bluetooth connection to pass the broadband onto my P910a, it works great, however I only can get 115kb is that the max Bluetooth can go or is there a way to change that connection in Windows? I know when I use DUN I can change the speed to whatever I want, but it always connects the same using the P910a.
