Well as I enjoyed the full half life 2 experience on my S1 with pretty much all the details right up, I’m wondering that the S3 may not be as good, as the geforce does not perform as well.
The problem is, as soon as you hit the odd bit of slowdown in games you’re going to covet a machine that has a better graphics chip, as you can’t simply replace the card. I’m sure there’s a few people out there with the Radeon 9200 equipped S who really wish they’d gone for a little extra graphics power…
I’d reccomend the S1 or S2 over the 3 series..but having said that I’m the fool who wants to upgrade his TR for a T as the processor is a mere 200mhz faster..
