I could not get the battery widget for Y’z dock to work so I resorted to Konfabulator. Konfabulator is easy to set up and has a great array of good looking widgets.
I tend to prefer Samurize because it’s so flexible and easy to modify configs. Avedesk is another good alternative. Both are also free. I’ve heard that Konfabulator is more resource-intensive, but I don’t use it personally.

Odd. Works ok on my TR1A. What symptoms are you seeing?
I think the battery widget itself is fine. The problem ... most likely… is the fact that I did not understand how to make it work with Y’z dock. Thus, my reliance upon Konfabulator.
Copy the Power folder (assuming you’re using the one by al-Beik) into the docklets folder in the yzdock program directory. After that, right-click on a separator and select “Add Docklet…” Then select Power, and it should appear at the end of the dock.
Thanks for the tip Drachen. Unfortunately, I could not get it to work. For some reason, the Battery/Power Widget [by Al-Beik] would not appear in the docklet list of Y’z dock.
