At the Samsung site it says it does not ship any laptops to the U.S.

Here is a link and it is actually the Q30, not x30.  Someone leaked a dell powerpoint showing the release dates on notebookforums (that has since been removed).

I read from another forum: “We won’t see this in the USA, at least from Samsung. They have a non-compete agreement with Dell (Dell uses Samsung memory but Samsung stays out of Dell’s notebook markets). There is a rumor that this model will show up rebadged in the US this spring as the Dell Latitude X1. I guess that is why samsung does not ship their laptops to the US.

What is it with Koreans and TV? There are a bunch of other Korean phones and Pocket PCs that pick up TV broadcasts too. I thought American was the world leader in couch potatoes. Yet another area where America has fallen behind. :?

The battery life is aweful in the samsung. The person reviewing the samsung said the large battery is good for an “impressive” 4 hours. Im getting 4 1/2 hours on my TR with the standard battery, the brightness at level 2 and the optical drives turned off.

The T is far better and as for the TR - our TR’s are in a class of their own!

i’d break that antenna
