Hi, I have a question.  Actually my friend has it.  he can’t install HD for some reason to his CPU (XP Pro)—it’s 120gb WD.  I think it’s going to be master drive.  And the shunt plug is in the right place too—I only took a brief look.

The problem is that when he tries to install it w/ a included CD, it doesn’t work—it fails during the 1/2 way.  It dones’t even load to the desktop screen.  Any suggestions?  I know the question is vague, but any help would be appreciated
