While I definitely respect anyone that goes to the trouble of making these things, I haven’t seen anything really cool or unique lately. What I’m waiting for is someone to make one of these , but coffee-table sized. :D

TRON! Awesome! My TRON story is that I was looking for the soundtrack on CD for years. At the end of the movie, it says in the credits that it was available on CD. A few years later I was watching the movie and saw that, and looked everywhere, even contacting several record company connections of mine to see if I could get access to any master copy or something. And now it’s finally been re-released. Wendy Carlos on those analog synths!

I know. It’s kind of like remaking Easy Rider. The movie is the way it is because it’s a product of its time from concept to visuals to music and had a look that made it completely unique in the film world. I’d rather see even a ReBoot movie. rolleyes

babahi: Wendy was a true pioneer in more ways than one, but IMO the soundtrack didn’t age well. :(
