This is the TR3AP2 for sale at $1599

 


This is the TR3A for sale at $1909

 

Both have 1GB RAM and the 40GB drive. Why the $300 difference?

The installed memory on the TR3AP is 512 mb, while on the TR3AP2 is 1 gb

obviously get the TR3AP2…better specs and cheaper :?

Maybe Windows XP pro vs home is a $300 difference in the States. The only other diference is the WIFI, the AP is listed as having b & g where the AP2 says only b. This is probably not the case though.

No doubt they asume people will buy the more expensive one becuase it is!

.............and the TR3AP2 has XP Pro and the TR3 has XP Home

Of course, cheaper is always better - right??

Strange thing is I added the TR3AP2 to my online “wishlist” and the price came up $100 cheaper
