Regretfully selling my TR2AP3 as my employer bought me a laptop.  It’s in perfect condition, and I hate to let it go but it doesn’t get used anymore and deserves a good home.

Thanks guys - actually the employer laptop isn’t the sole reason - as I’m not travelling with the machine anymore (and size/weight isn’t an issue) I went to the opposite extreme and bought the A297XP.  :drool:

Some advice would be helpful though - I’ve had an offer this morning from a buyer in Nigeria at a decent price offering to use Western Union to pay.  I’m aware of eBay scams - I’ve had a number of ‘questionable’ offers in the past, but not from Nigeria.  Would you guys trust it??

Absolutely not.

It may be a sweeping attack on all Nigerians, but the country, coupled with the Western Union offer is a huuuuge giveaway…

Thanks - had a dig around the ebay forums and it seems that both Nigeria and Western Union are common threads in many scams.  The guy was also a new user (today!) with no feedback… thanks but no thanks.  :D

Doh - now I’ve got some Italian that doesn’t seem to be able to speak any English!  Even worse - he/she bid on the item and seems to be expecting me to send it COD - grrrrr eBay! 

Well for anyone watching/interested on the forum, I’ve cancelled the ‘Italian’ bid and the purchase options are back.  :D
