I came across this site to but the TR2AP3.  The laptops are refurbished units, but the cost is $2099.  I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this site or with refurbished units.  A friend of mine that works for HP thinks refurbished are better than new since the problems have all been worked out.  Whats your thoughts?

Part of me wants to wait a little bit longer before I buy.  When I bought my TR1, 2 weeks later the TR2 came out.  I know, I know, if I keep waiting I’ll never get it.  I’m just talking to myself and rambling.

I’ve always had the opposite impression. I avoid refurbs for the most part. The equipment has already had one problem already and to be brutally honest, I don’t trust most company’s QC even on the refurbs.
